ORDERS DUE: September 3rd 2021

Dear WMSFA Families, 

 

It’s time for our Art Program’s biggest fundraiser of the year! The more mums we sell, the more we can support our Band, Choir, Dance, Drama, Orchestra, and Visual Arts activities! Learn about the product and practice a sales pitch. Call everyone you know! Everyone loves mums! 

 

The Mums: These are hardy mums, in 4 different colors (Bronze/Orange, Purple, Red and Yellow) in 8-inch pots grown at Goodwin Greenhouse in La Grange, KY.

Cost: Each pot is $10, due at the time of ordering.

Purchasing: Please fill out the order form completely and collect cash or checks at the time of the sale. Guard your earnings carefully! Use the envelope we’ve provided and store in a secure place.

Orders Due: Return the completed order forms, all the cash and checks, in the provided envelope to your art major teacher on Friday September 3rd. If your order forms are late, we cannot guarantee your orders will be submitted.

Delivery: The mums will be delivered to Western Middle School for the Arts at 2201 West Main Street, Louisville, Ky 40212, on SEPTEMBER 17TH. You are responsible for arranging pick-up of the mums you ordered on the day of delivery. Each mum takes up about 1 square foot of space. Volunteers will be there to help load cars until 6pm. Orders not picked up on delivery day will be placed behind the school. There is no pick-up make-up day.
