We are a volunteer-led and operated 501c(3) nonprofit supporting
Western Middle School for the Arts magnet programs. The Maestros enrich the arts experience of our students through fundraising, events, and community support. Please join today and #helpwesterncreate!
During the 2023-2024 school year, the Maestros supported Western's Arts Programs in a variety of ways:

Sponsored regular guest instructors for Band and Orchestra

Purchased equipment for Piano, including a piano dolly, a speaker and headphones

Supplemented Visual Art by restocking supplies, purchasing shelves and funding a program field trip

Purchases supplies for Theatre

Sponsored accompanists for Choir performances

Sponsored celebrations for Dance

Financed SpongeBob the Musical and the spring play Puffs (licensing, lighting, sound, costumes, props, ticketing, marketing, production support, and organizing volunteers for front of house)

Organized the annual school-wide Mums fundraiser, where students and staff raised about $10K in profits!

Sponsored a school-wide Variety Show to showcase the many talents of our students

Purchased much-needed equipment for auditorium and, along with the PTSA, school marketing materials
Membership starts at only $5 and - for a limited time & while supplies last - new and renewing Maestros members for the 2024-2025 school year will receive a Western Middle School for the Arts holographic sticker at the time of sign-up!
